Location was convenient, close to Old town and tram stop. Despite overlooking Josefa Dietla Street, it was very quiet. The street noise could not be heard unless it was a siren. Poli Pub, which is where the reception was, was a nice place to relax and get a bite to eat or something to drink.

The apartment was very clean and sufficient for my three day stay. My friend and I had separate apartments and we were both happy with the accommodation, my apartment being 103 and my friend was on the fourth floor. I felt secure once in the apartment, which was great. All in all a good stay. Breakfast was good, with a varied buffet, whichvwas laid out in the Poli bar just along from the Happy Tower entrance. The Poli bar was very good for a late evening drink before bed. The staff were friendly, especially Peter who is a very charming young man with a winning smile and a silver tongue. Lol. 😊 An asset to the Poli Bar. Happy Tower is in an excellent location for Kraków's Central Square (approximately a 10 minute walk). We would definitely return.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the Jewish quarter and a 20-minute walk to the old town. It's easy to catch a tram to the Galeria from only about 200 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety. Our room was very quiet. We were able to check in early - bonus! The Poli Bar had a nice selection of craft beers.

The location is really close to the Old Town and all the sights. It was really good value. The breakfast was great! Pretty well equipped, and they even paid attention to details, e.g. we could easily make ourselves coffee with the coffee machine, because they had ground coffee and sugar in boxes. They also had tea and a water boiler. We had a problem: we found that the shower head was broken off, so we told the staff, and next day it was replaced with a new one - big thumbs up! :)

The breakfast was good with a variety of things someone could try. The flip side was that it was only served from 8.00 am onwards, and therefore, if someone needed to leave quite early, having breakfast was out the window. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the fact there was coffee available in the room so I could at least make coffee the day I had to leave before 8.00 am and breakfast wasn't an option for me.

The location is perfect. There is an elevator, BUT starting from the second floor. The first floor is a steep staircase until you can use the elevator. Breakfast is monotonous and simple, but tasty and cheap. The room is clean, large refrigerator.I would be happy to return to this hotel again, but under certain circumstances

I stayed in these apartments and was generally satisfied. Overall, these are good apartments with excellent service and a convenient location. With a few improvements, they could become even better for guests! 1. Great location — everything you need is nearby, and the place is easy to find. 2. Friendly and helpful staff: they extended my stay for three more nights without any issues and were very polite. 3. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. 4. The apartment had all the essentials: a kettle, tea, sugar, and a fridge. 5. 24/7 secure parking for cars is available. 6. Convenient self-checkout with no delays.

Good budget hotel/apartment. Good location - old town and Kazimierz at a walkable distance. Nice staff and good communication. Modest but perfectly sufficient breakfast. Good room. Very good air conditioning (it was over 35°C outside but the room stayed nicely cool). Parking place nearby. You'll drive first to the parking place. The parking guy spoke only Polish but no big obstacle - you'll tell him the hotel name and he'll need to know how many nights you're staying, your name and register plate number. Then he'll show you a designated slot and point you the direction to the reception. Reception is at the Poli Bar. Parking is paid there. I'm sure I might stay there again.

It's almost in the middle of the Old Town of Krakow, near to everything. It has every important equipment we needed: a elevator to reach the floors, a room, that is also a kitchen with all accessories, including a microwave oven, a fully equipped bathroom, beds for 4, and a parking place. A good kebab restaurant can be found a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the Wieliczka Salt Mine is also not very far (by car, of course).
